With breakneck pace and a rich gallery of characters, Michael Frayn's brilliantly witty farce follows the on and off stage antics of a touring company as they stumble from dress rehearsal to disastrous last night of the sex comedy 'NOTHING ON'. Everything that can go wrong does, as the cast desperately try to hang onto their lines, their performances and the furniture... resulting in a terrifying descent into chaos.

The tightly scripted piece follows the travails of J. Pierrepont Finch, a young man weaselling his way up the corporate ladder through flattery and perfect timing. The show has pace, comedy and some wonderful music, ‘The Company Way’, ‘A secretary is not a toy’, ‘Brotherhood of Man’ and the hit ‘I believe in you’ to name a few.

A cast of all ages entertains with a seasonally themed concert promising colourful costumes, changing sets and plenty of special effects. Numbers include ‘Aquarius’, ‘Summer Holiday’, ‘Singing in the Rain’ and ‘Rockin’ Robin’.

Grimley, South Yorkshire has been mining coal for over 100 years, but as the mine faces closure so does the much loved and much needed Grimley Colliery Band. Life for the miners and band members looks bleak. Band leader Danny urges them to stick with it and take part in the National Brass Band Contest and with the arrival of stunning flugelhorn player, Gloria, they agree. But as the competition draws close so does the fate of the mine and the frictions and stresses of being on the picket line become all too evident. And whose side is Gloria on anyway?

Brass music to suit all ages, including show tunes, modern and popular. Directed by Ken Stamp.

A well-known musical with music by Jerry Bock, lyrics by Sheldon Harnick, and book by Joseph Stein, set in Tsarist Russia in 1905. Originally entitled Tevye, the musical is based on Tevye and his Daughters, or Tevye the Milkman, and other stories originally published by the Russian Jewish author Sholom Aleichem in 1894. The story centers on Tevye, the father of five daughters, and his attempts to maintain his family and religious traditions while the world and civilization around him change rapidly. He must cope with both the strong-willed actions of his three older daughters — each daughter's choice of husband moves progressively further and further away from established custom, and with the edict of the Tsar that upends his village.

Musical Director Mike Thompson and Chorographer Jessica Hardcastle are this year joined by Director Julie Harrison, Producer Caroline Heppell and an enthusiastic energetic cast of all ages.
